Quick fixes (try these first)
- Restart your router and your TV box or Fire Stick, which clears most problems.
- Lower the quality to HD or Auto during busy evening hours.
- Test your speed at fast.com: you need about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Close other apps and downloads on the same Wi-Fi (updates, YouTube, video calls).
Better connection
- Use a network cable between the router and the TV or box.
- On Wi-Fi, connect to the 5 GHz network and keep the router in the same room.
- Clear the IPTV player cache in your device settings.
If it still buffers
- Try the same channel on your phone with mobile data. If it plays fine there, the problem is your home internet.
- Message us on WhatsApp with the channel name and the time. We check the stream and help you fix it.
Load shedding tip: if your router is off during power cuts, switch to your phone on mobile data in SD and keep watching.
